Chelsea Mick
I know this is a long shot but, does anyone know if it is possible to "straight swap" the facelift (2001 onwards) S3 xenon headlights to a 1999 S3? Thanks in advance Mick
DeanS3
I think Lodrik had done this on his car, i may be wrong though....
khufu
I'm afraid it 'aint that simple. From what I have heard, you'd have to make alterations with a grinder due to the way our indicators are seperate. The guy from Norway I spoke to said that he changed his mind as he had heard that a direct fit was in the pipelines...... http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/macnee/

Steve_M
I've still got a pair of TT headlamps for sale, Xenon's etc. Could probably transplant the internals quite easily. Cheers, Steve

Chelsea Mick
Am I the only one that has an "understanding Mrs"? She knows what I like and even comments on Mods that I am thinking of doing. Doesn't bat an eyelid on me spending cash on my cars. As long as there is food on the table, clothes on the kids backs, and the bills are paid, then she doesn't complain. (Oh and the occasional new outfit, flowers or meal for herself ). When we used to show a RS Turbo in concours a few years back, she even cleaned cow sh*t off my tyres .
