carlos50
Thanks guys i forgot all about that link. I still cant find T8V,8UD,1LX,X2B,JOW any ideas. I have also noticed that loads of the equipment on my car is not listed on the codes label does this just mean that it is standard.Things like quattro, electric headlight adjustment etc etc. Just interested to know thats all. One reason for looking was to find out if i have Xenon lights or not.Does the S8 have them standard ?
PaulW
You have a facelift S8, correct? If so, you probably have the bi-xenon headlights.....which look like this: And if you don't have those....but do have the standard xenons, you'll find a picture of a lighting bolt on the inside of the headlight under the bonnet. Here's one from a pre facelift car, the post facelift looks different, but you'll see the ballast box versus just a black plastic cover: And mostly, you'll know when you turn them on.....they slightly flicker and then get brigther and brighter.....and the reflective light off roadway signs is just awesome.
