My friend used to work at Land Rover in solihull designing the Discovery, as part of his job he used to have to take the prototypes home and drive them up and down the motorways at the weekend. I remember on one occasion we had to put blankets up over the inside of a Discovery when we left it in a car park as it had the new dashboard design in it.
