shao_khan Posted March 29, 2005 Report Share Posted March 29, 2005 If oyu are after a VW then you usually get SDi or PD TDi and I wouldnt touch a SDi. The 130 is a good engine (I had one in a Bora), but a lot of magazines suggest the common rail diesel engines are better - but I dont know enough to comment. DaddyDub Posted March 29, 2005 Report Share Posted March 29, 2005 I am currently driving a Passat Estate TDI PD 130ps Highline, and it's a fantastic engine, just dont get the Tiptronic box, it just slow's the fecker down, My wife made the choice on the gear box though, not me.
