ChadW
Ok, some of you may be aware of my current predicament in IT Support. Boss bullying. Why? Cause the only other female in the team likes me and the boss likes her. She cannot do anything wrong in his eyes. Hope she get what she can out of him cause at the end of the day they ain't gonna be together. She is quite an arkward person to get on with IMHO anyhow to be honest, and I do not like her. So obviously this is taken out on me from her side of it too! Aaargh! Thing is cause I ain't got no wife or kids to worry about then bring it on, no too bothered, just do not rise up to it anymore and they are getting nowhere with regards to winding me up and taking sides for the boss or the colleague. So if anyone out there is also having Office probs then sure they cannot be as bad as mine! Oh well at least "I can go home and wash the day away"! ChadW
Well going back to a mainly 'IT site', next week, so no more honnies for me! Just psycho-geek goddesses! @rse!

And a lot of the customers were hot as well.
FiftyPence
So there are three of you, your female colleague fancies you but youre not interested but your boss likes her but she doesnt like him? Do her anyway, you havent got much to lose. Or pop under the desk and give her rug a munch
beez
[ QUOTE ] Do her anyway, you havent got much to lose. [/ QUOTE ] Except possibly his job if the boss finds out I agree, do her anyway. Just to brag to your boss.
NeilB
Tell your boss to go and swivel on it. No point in stopping in a job where your unhappy with the gaffer. But seen as I live in the area, prahaps I could have a word with him...
beez
Sort your signature out, Neil, it says 'That's Bloddy Ugly', when it should presumably say 'That's Bloody Ugly'

Surely YOU would have a grievance issue against HIM. I would nail thae B4SATRD if I were in ya shoes!!
JamesB
I guess that if you don't like her, then there isn't much desire to get jiggy. What size is your company? Can you raise the issue with your HR manager? IMO it all comes down to how much it bothers you. If it is making your life a misery, get on and do something about it. If it is just a minor inconvenience, then forget about it and focus on the positives [ QUOTE ] Sort your signature out, Neil, it says 'That's Bloddy Ugly', when it should presumably say 'That's Bloody Ugly' [/ QUOTE ] And if you wanted to be really picky, it should say " because you're a badge snob", not "because your a badge snob" But hell, it's only a sig. ChadW
Cheers for words there! It is a minor issue really, just thought it would make sense to share on here, as therapy sort of thing! Just had a grievance earlier this year about being pushed for promotion and then being refused it! Apparently I have now been officially recommended for this role but still no real sign of it, just word of mouth again. See how the move to the new office goes next week as the boss is actually going to be away 2 days a week anyhow, looking after another team. Very big company so there is room to manuvure I guess, just makes you wonder about some people sometimes! No offence to anyone on here of course but someone warned me about managers with no kids at home, makes sense now!

FiftyPence
Jennifer Ellison is a goddess of the highest order I dont know how long i could live with that accent though, itd drive me up the wall although come to think of it, what do i care, << not really necessary >> Back on topic, have you considered giving your female work colleague a bit of the heave-ho to supress the tension a little

Good to get on here and type thoughts, makes it easier to deal with, again cheers for replies!

ChadW
Haha found out today over a lunchtime pint (as you do on a Friday) that she is actually in a relationship! So got me thinking is this a corporate conspiracy going on here! Psycho bullying. Well read about bullying in IT in Computing last night and have to say all the hallmarks are there. Oh well they say that bullies are usually been or have been bullied before, so thats good to know! It is a sad world we live in people.
