Alloy Wheel Colour Code

I recently had a wheel ( 5 spoke 17" Star Alloy off an '03 Avant ) refurbished at Carclinic in Derby. They have done an absolutely fantastic job, with the exception of the colour. Although the colour was 'matched' using swatches, it is noticably lighter than the other wheels with original paint.

I did point out the colour difference at the time; and Carclinic suggested that I put it on the car and see when there is a bit of distance between the wheels rather than comparing side by side. It is still noticable.

Carclinic do not have any issues in repainting it again to try and get a better match, however, my concern is that it could end up being resprayed many times.

Does anybody know of the colour code that I could provide Carclinic for the perfect result?

Get them to use the Wurth Silver and Laquer - used by most German manufacturers -

'Wheel Silver', 400 ml spray can - paint code 0893 351 900, colour ref 1900.

I used this guide http://www.audiworld.com/tech/ext43.shtml and was very pleased with results. Also, It's been suggested that the Audi code is LLSOM6Z17 - a wheel only version of Avus silver.
