PHP access violation? And Hotmail Issues too

try logging into a website and get to the homepage okay but when i click on the email tab i get PHP Acess Violation.

Been that way for a few days now [was okay when i signed up].

Anyone have insight to what this type of error means - probs at my end or theirs?

Also Hotmail - when i try to click on or send messages i [randomly] get asked to sign in again in a bit of a loop [sometimes it goes passed the sign-in to tell me i am already signed in - then asks me to sign in again ]!!!
