Have experience of bike engined cars 169144-ok.gif

I had a megablade, which was a Honda Fireblade in a Westfield chassis.

They are great fun, but not for the feint hearted!

The throttle is not as progressive as a traditional foot throttle, I found it was very much ALL or nothing.

And ALL really was all.

0-60 in 3.8secs

0-100 in 9.4 secs

1/4 mile in less than 12 secs

The car I sold has since appeared as a cover car on track driver magazine.

Bike engines are good, but really need a lightweight body/chassis to get the best of them, as they have NO torque!

They have to be driven on the revs all the time 169144-ok.gif

If you are considering one, why not go for a Dominoe with a Busa engine?

PS mine was also Tuned by TTS - Had some fancy cam, and a custom ECU good for 130bhp.

Let us know how you get on mate notworthy.gif
