thedees
Im hoping to replace the gamma unit on my polo gti, When i removed it i noticed that on the cdx-f5550 there is not a plug for the 6 disc autochanger to go into. It says the cdx-f5550 is autochanger compatible??? Any ideas? Also when i plugged my cd player in. Every time i turn the engine off the player goes back to the factory preset. Does anyone have any ideas
s4_sat
the cd changer needs an adaptor lead to fit. you can get this from any car audio supplier. should be about £20-30.

Ritey
You'll need to reverse the permanant live and ignition live wires that feed your headunit. And get the adapter for the changer as Mr S4 Sat has said
therealvw
There is a cd changer adapter kit, I think Halfrauds do one. Also, being a Sony, there should be a little switch somewhere on the unit that you change. This will stop it from losing the settings.
