I got one of these recently from Amazon. They are currently at £299. Cracking bit of kit. Popped it into a local Sony store and they unlocked it for free. grin.gif

Thanks, that looks a better bet as it seems easier to use & lets you pasuse TV which could be useful.

Do you know if when you burn to DVD these can then be played back in regluar DVD players so could give to someone else ?

Although I've not had much chance to use my one, I was told by friends that yes it does work on other machines.

They've made compilations from music channels, edited it (down to frame by frame too), picked a thumbnail for the menu and burnt off discs which do play on other machines.

Hmm, that's the one I was thinking of getting along with a Bravia 40" HD LCD TV.

But then I went into the B&O shop and realised I need to win the lottery...
