cd changer compatibility?

hey guys just got a general query hoping you could help,

i currently have a Blaupunkt 10 disc cd changer (CDC-A 03 http://www.blaupunkt.co.uk/7607700020_main.asp)

i am considering buying a new head unit as my current one doesnt really play that well, i found one that i like and was just wondering whether or not i would be able to connect the cd changer up to the head unit and if it would all work fine? the head unit that i have my eye on is the pioneer DEH-P6800MP ( http://www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/product_detail.jsp?product_id=11784&taxonomy_id=25-121) so i was just wondering if you could perhaps let me know if the cd changer will work with the head unit and if i need to buy any conversion cables to ensure that it works well,
