Si_GTi
How old is the Polo? Do they not have a galvanised body and 10-year warranty against rust etc?
Damunk
It is a 96 model...
benjie
I don't think the 96 polo's had that 10year thing. Even if it did, you're cutting it fine! Depends when in 96 it was made! Anyway, spreay jobs... I'm in the process of putting a Bora front end on my MkIV Golf, so lots of spraying. The Bora bonnet I got cheap had a patch up job on it and it looks absolutely awful to be honest. there's a clear lump where it was done and the paint is nowhere near matched. If I were you, I'd take a little money out the bank every month and keep it safe and after a few months, you'll have enough to get it done professionally. Just my opinion though.
