silverchariot
hi, I was wondering if anyine can tell me the offset and pcd of the wheels on other audis, such as A8, S8, A6, S6, A4 & S4. I am quite fancying upgrading, but would like tto retain an audi look. I would ideally like a set of 18" or 19" avus style wheels, but am unsure if I could get ones to fit. If not does anyone know where u can buy replicas in these sizes. I do like the Rs4 wheels but everyone has them now, so im looking for something a bit different. cheers! gambba
None of the larger chassis's wheels will fit as they have different ET's/PCD's to the A3/S3/Golf/TT. As direct fitment you could look at RSTT's (Very very similar to the RS4's) as fitted on the TT as an option, but I think these are only available in 17" from Audi. For wheels of 18 and 19 in the RS4/RSTT style you need to look at replica's for the right PCD/ET. I hear a lot of people recomending Premier Wheels in the UK, but have no personal experience to offer on them....for understandable reasons. If you do a search on the forum you'll see discussions have gone on about the difference between RSTT and RS4 wheels along with places to buy and prices. Other replicas are available such as the RS6 versions, but I must say the RSTT's do look mighty fine on the A3/S3 even though there is an ever increasing amount of people fitting them. Gotta say I love the sportecs and 19's are to big IMO both for comfort and price of tyres.

silverchariot
Cheers for the offer, but i have my heart set on something with fewer spokes. my mate has a silver s3 aswell with those wheels so i cant very well copy him. im sure someone would be up for buying them tho, how much were you looking for? J6ORDS
Dont get me wrong lads, IMO RS4s are the best looking wheels availiable for the A3 by a long chalk thats why should sum1 make me an offer for my 18"s id just pay the £300 or so extra and get 19"s! It'd stand out more without looking too "boy racer" I know for a fact they'll fit and fill the arches better than 18s would and thats with a 45mm drop. philippe
My personal choice would be 18" original audi RSTT's. They come with the "S-Line versions" Only problem is that here in Holland they've only got RS4 replica's, so those are my current wheels. Ofcourse you can buy 18" original RSTT wheels at Audi's, but trust me, you'll pay an idiot price. When I just had my car, i contacted audi for new 17" 6 spoke TT wheels, they asked 2400 € !!! So don't ask what the 18" RSTT would cost. Bought my new RS4 wheels for 1400 € including Goodyear F1 tyres. Just need to buy OEM center caps, so with 1500 € you have a superb looking set of wheels. CaTFiSH
hey, i want to see an A3 with 19's RS4 wheels! BTW: one RS4 original wheel costs 1000€ each, only the wheel without center cap, and tires...
J6ORDS
My bad I was reffering to the 19" RS4 replicas retail at £1300 including avon tyres for a set of 4. You can get them from Premiere Wheels too. Catfish, I doubt u'l see an A3 on such wheels as the wheels havn't been around that long, they look tops tho. Im pretty sure that sum1 from this forum has them on an S3. A green one if I remember correctly and it looks the dog's nuts especially in that colour! batty
I had a set of 19" RS4 replicas on my S3. The wheels are 19" x 8" wide ET36. The car was lowered around 30mm & no arch problems. The rears even had 20mm spacers - apparently a little arch scuffing occured if carrying 2 or 3 passengers in the rear. Wheels are now for sale on e-bay, as I've fitted std 17" Avus's: - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2437258278&
