What I noticed with this DSG example was that it seemed to hunt less for lower gears under light acceleration than others I've tried. If anything it was trying to stay in too low a gear but it was nice to see the DSG box using the torque rather than dying to change down all the time. Still not sure I could put up with the DSG long-term, I have nothing against it but it just doesn't seem that appealing for a long period of ownership. Not saying that I'd never have one, just not at the moment. The car has soften up a bit after I gave it a good 300mile blast on Saturday night. The hardness may have well been due to the fact I just had the suspension arms changed under warranty as it was creaking before. That said, I will also be looking at a better set of tyres with some new alloys a few months later. By the way, I thought different men go inside Nicole and change her position twice a day, one at 8am and the other at 5.30pm. And it happens daily too!!!
