gpb_1 Posted March 7, 2007 Report Share Posted March 7, 2007 I've got a 2006 A6 Avant with MMI Basic Plus, which has the CD based sat nav. Since I got it I've wanted to to enable the TMC function so it worked in the UK (when I took it to France it burst into life all on it's own). I know I can get a CD that has the code to enable TMC, but no-one seems to be able to tell me what navigation system the CD based MMI Basic Plus system uses. Can anyone here tell me? When I took my A6 to France (it's also got the CD based system), it I had to be tuned into whatever station the TMC signal was detected on - or at least I thought I had to be.
