timps Posted March 26, 2007 Report Share Posted March 26, 2007 On the B6 & I assume the B7 You first have to remove the door card. The original grill has four posts that are melted down flush like a rivet at the factory you have to cut these off. Put your new grill on and melt the 4 posts down with a soldering iron flush like your original one. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
