Rustynuts Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 Sorting through the new motor and getting things as we want them, and rather than having the wife immobilised and struggle with a tin of snot and a plug in compressor, I'd rather she struggles with a space saver spare wheel. Either way she's gonna have to be on the phone to someone, but at least whoever turns up to help will probably be able to put a wheel on. I'm not sure about the tin of snot method. So, anyone got one they don't need? Needs to be 5 x 112 pcd, so something like a Mk V Golf or similar would be okay. The other option would be a full sized steel spare wheel, but that would mean losing the lower level of the split boot area, but that might have to be considered.
