I've noticed my lights seem to be more reluctant to switch off, even in good sunlight. Is it where the rear view mirror meets the screen? Also, they come on when I hit a certain speed (ahem!) but don't go off again for the duration of the trip. Should they do this? mlhj83 Posted September 22, 2007 Report Share Posted September 22, 2007 Yes, you correctly located the sensor. The sensitivity cannot be adjusted by yourself but the dealers could possibly do it. It's normal for the lights to come on if you hit 80mph and above or hover above and below 80mph, and will continue to stay on until you drop below 80mph for a good few minutes whilst in daylight.
