9iron
As it says, has anyone retro fitted dsg paddles? as I have just got a dsg gti but no paddles. Couldn't find anything in the search thread. Any advice appreciated.

Pikemortnoy
Didn't know that! Can't see why it can't be retro fitted though.
9iron
Mine was registered in Dec. '04 and no paddles fitted as standard ans I'm spending too much time in d mode hence the reason for the query. I'm guessing a new multi function steering wheel at the very least is required. petsy
not ideal I know but can you not use the stick in manual mode?
RedRobin
...Try phoning VW UK 0800 711 811 and ask for their technical department - They should know or be able to find out.
chriswastle
In theory i cannot see an issue with this, like you say it will require the steering wheel changed ( £300 ) and probably an hours labour. So dont expect much change out of £400. Ho hum...........
