There is another post on here that I wrote detailing the differences (such as no rear-mounted USB, so 2 rather than 4 sockets), and the lack of the PS2 emulation engine, but other than that no. HMV/Game were selling the 40GB model with some great deals (extra controller, 2 games, 5 movies) etc, but not sure if they're still about.
