7MAT
[ QUOTE ] Will this stuff strip Ww`heel wax which has been applied previously ? [/ QUOTE ] Used neat & continuously over a period of time this product will eventually dull & then strip the wax. Single one off applications will be fine. For regular routine use on waxed wheels it would be best to dilute with water up to 10-1.
bpsmith
If the wheels are already prep'ed and waxed then is there a need for this stuff at all? A simple shampoo should do it?
Craigieboy
End result pictures look great, but to me you could wipe those alloys with a cloth and still remove all the brakedust.
steelwind101
Its suprising what wheel wax and some shampoo passing a thick spounge between the spokes will do.
wyliss
I suppose nowadays and particular on this forum people ar steering clearing of 'wheel cleaners;. As a few of the guys have mentioned if the wheels are prep'd correctly then a tadge of car shampoo in a dispenser should do the trick. For me gone are the days of putting possibly corrosive mixtures on my wheels.
bpsmith
I have Megs WB that I use on one car, but dont on the other one. The first car's wheels has not been treated to any Wax whilst the second one has. After Prep'ed and Waxed the wheels on the main car only need to be washed with a diluted shampoo and Meg's brush very lightly to clear the dirt. No need for the shampoo to even be neat. 7MAT
Well there you go; this is an ideal replacement for Megs Wheel Brightener. It is a lot less harmful and cleans just as well. More economical than WB as can be used diluted up to 10/1. Also you get more for you money, as Megs WB sells for approx £17.95 for 1 US gallon which is only 3.78 litres. wyliss
Hmmmmm cant say I'm convinced. I think the best way is fully prep'd and then the shampoo, but there you go. What other bits do you have for sale ?

What other bits do you have for sale ? [/ QUOTE ] I tend to agree with you there. But if you need to get the wheels clean in the first place then an acid free cleaner is going to be much more kinder than an acid based one. Also useful when you have spent a weekend at the ring and need to remove the build up from aggressive race pads! In stock I've got the full range of Dodo Juice, Britemax, Tropi-care, Collinite and Vikan wheel brushes. Selected products from the Meguiars range including the G220 (plus bundle deals), Autoglym & Silverline tools. Gilmours & snow foam lances plus 3 types of foam. I'm adding new products & accessories all the time. The discount code above works on all products.
Rustynuts
I'm just a little bit curious here. I can buy this same product for less than your discount price, with a free sprayer, free wheel brush, and free microfibre polishing cloth. Why is yours so expensive?
