However, I immediately cancelled the pre-order wiith Play (along with a pre-order for PS3 Buzz and MSG4) and re-ordered with Game. A couple of days ago I received an e-mail confirming that they WOULD be sending this to me in time for the launch date i.e. It should be arriving later today!! Sidicks Got the same email, so done the same and ordered through Game, £10 more as I'd pre-orederd at £29.99, but you get the old cube purple controller so if the wheel is no good at least that might work! Pincher Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 Didn't get much of a chance to play yesterday as we did a last minute visit to Chessington. However, just been playing with the prodigal son & heir and it's really good! The wheel takes a little getting used to but it's actually pretty accurate. Graphics are as you would expect from a Wii - pretty good but nowhere near PS3 standards (from what I have seen of the PS3). Quite cartoon-ish but that's half the fun IMO. Tracks are different from the DS version (for the better) and it is quite easy to get into and lose a couple of hours Haven't done an online game yet - we should set up a TSN league I think (if you can - haven't read the instructions yet :D) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I lied and said I pre ordered it and got a free baseball cap, plus Sega Superstars Tennis for £20. Bargain really as I was going go get my nephew Superstars for his birthday. Roll on 6 pm! Seriously, I don't think it should need anything as there isn't anything electronic inside it. Did you do the System Update when you first put the disc in? The wheel dosn't seem to have anything elsectrical in it but the wii knows if you are using it or not somehow?? Loving the game. Just been playing with some folks in france, holland and japan! The local Gamestation said they had loads available too but was £34.99 so went to Tesco as on route home anyway! It really does rock and playe donline very quickly and easily with randoms from UK, France, China and Russia. Amazing really! My Friend ID is: 4983-5074-4686 if anyone wants to add me.
