AZURES3
When I took delivery of my S3 Dec 06, I mentioned after about 200 miles that the steering looked very slight off centre. The dealership looked at it and said it was not enough to move the steering wheel as the splines are further than that apart. They said that Audi would not approve checking the tracking etc until atleast 2000 miles on the clock to allow the suspension etc to settle down. Seemed fair enough and at about 2000 miles it seemed to be much better. Now I have the new tyres fitted it seems to have returned again, the old ones had worn perfectly evenly but something seems slightly off. How much do Audi charge for the 4 wheel alignment or is there someone better. AZ
techieboy
I think the full geometry check and reset they did on my A4 was meant to be £160-£180 but my local dealership did it under warranty (much to my surprise). Also had it done at APS on their Beissbarth(?) rig when they fitted the RS4 ARB and it was about £80 but was included within the fitting charge of the ARB.
