winch2008
AUDI S3 - 2000 plate Hey all, please help! Got the ABS and ESP light onr the dash and the VAG reports the fault in the subject line above Anyone had any dealings with this before? I had a similar issue with the Front Speed Sensor a year back and after spending a fortune with the AUDI thieves I got a VAG cable, took off the dash and fixed it myself! So before I get fleeced - does anyone know how to get to the Right Rear Speed Sensor? (any diagrams out there) So I can give it a clean or change it myself. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. winch2008
Hey thanks for the greeting - no reply's yet...cmon you clever people, somebody must have seen this error!! Could it be as simple as the fact recently I took it to some new carwash. It's one where you put the right wheels on a conveyor belt and the left wheels roll free. Would the onboard computer fire a fault as the rights are stationary and the lefts are rolling freely...I know I'm reaching here but just trying to put it down to something. Would like to know where the sensors are so I can check them?? Cheers

davidhodgkinson
You could be correct in mentioning the conveyor belt problem. One of the guys on another forum had the same fault when they were on a rolling road which spun only the front wheels.

winch2008
Thanks for all the help - managed to get to the sensor today from the docs you sent through. Once its unhooked from the housing should it just pull apart? Or is there a clip that need to be released. Just before I go and break it trying to force it Thanks
