Thorburn
Thorburn, will let the image stay but it should really be yours. Only a few days less hope a few more people will have an attempt. Cheers Not too bothered really but like the picture and fitted the topic.
bazza_g
I could have photographed an amazing motion the other day but I don't think it would have been appreciated on the forum... will have all camera gear at LM this month so hope to find something there for whatever June topic is
CarMad
Will post the June topic over the next couple of days Bazza, it will be a subject that you will be able to take some cracking shots at LM, if you aren't being used as a store for chips up your knows again or a can rack. bazza_g
brilliant - lights! the perfect chance for me to apply some random settings on the camera, dance around and snap at cars in the dark
CarMad
:grin:I thought you might like it, dark plus race cars plus lights, I'm expecting big things from those taking a trip to Le mans.
bazza_g
what the best tool to reduce the size of the pics? Using XP powertoys resizer seems to make them go all grainy?
CarMad
The as supplied Canon software is pretty good or Photo Elements for only £40 is a great tool to manage and modify photos. Otherwise making them smaller always loses out on the detail. Look at a RAW photo and then play with it and straight away you can lose detail, get lightroom if you want to get something a bit lower than CS3 to play with RAW.
