Sven Posted July 14, 2008 Report Share Posted July 14, 2008 It wouldn't hurt to try... You probably can't make them do anything, but perhaps they'll do the decent thing and meet you half way. In EU law there's also a mentioning of what may be expected of an item you bought, regardless of warranty.
