CarMad
You must have small fingers, I've tried to play with the iPhone and txting was a pain when I was playing. Maybe it gets easier but it didn't look good to me off the bat.
Mac
I was much the same the first three or four weeks I had mine. I don't pay it a second thought now - I'm as fast if not faster than I was on my previous SEs. I understand how the iPhone is a bit of an aquired taste. I've come to love mine - and I'm usually a functionality geek.
tom_hargreaves
You must have small fingers, I've tried to play with the iPhone and txting was a pain when I was playing. Maybe it gets easier but it didn't look good to me off the bat. It has a built in function to correct mistakes that could often be made by people with big fingers. For example, look down at your keyboard and imagine you're going to type on the iPhone. You want to type the word "Car", if you miss the "C" and hit "V" and then get the rest correct, you will have spelt "Var", but this is obviously not a word. The iPhone knows this and corrects the word with what it thinks you were trying to type. It does this by looking around at the letters you may have meant to put in around the "V" you accidentally typed. Obviously "Car" being in its dictionary, it can see that "C" was what you were actually probably meant to type and in turn, automatically corrects it for you. It can also decipher whether you were maybe trying to type "Far". It does this by examing the sentence you're putting the word into and corrects "Var" to the correct word, depending on what context the word is being used. It's brilliant. And it also adapts to your typing style, automatically using words that you might use in text messages, e.g typing "im jus goin out" instead of it trying to correct it to "I'm just going out." You just have to type away and just trust it's texting intelligence because it really does work.

I didn't get the choice when I bought mine, think I would have preffered a white case aswell.
bells0
Quite like the white back because it doesnt show up greasy finger prints like the black one does. Not sure if i should get a case though, the thing is so slippy, i'm scared of it flying out of my pocket when i sit down.
