techieboy
Try KompoZer for a pretty powerful freebie. It's built on top of Nvu which was originally created by the W3C (who set the standards for HTML). Failing that, you could look for a copy of Dreamweaver from your favourite file sharing site. Kind of depends on how deep you want to go and whether your site relies on templates. Might even be worth checking to see if your web host offers a free application for you to download. Se5aScott
I have been playing around with Joomla, set up is a hassle and you still need to design a template (or google a free one.) But once everything is up and running, updates and new content are much easier to add. I find that I am updating weekly now instead of every 6 months or so Joomla! linky
