safety69
I was checking over my 8L model S3 and have found that the rear window washer is intermittent. When operating there seems to be a lot of the mixture coming from underneath the air filter housing pouring underneath the car. I assume that this has worked itself loose during the colder weather and needs to be pushed together again. I have removed the air filter housing but I cannot see where the pipe is located. Please can someone shed some light and is it a DIY job? cheers.
Paul
IIRC it is routed in a square (ish) section duct, that passes under the upper strut brace. Somewhere in this section is a push fit joint. Mollox had this issue, where as mine was the joint, the other end, behind the cd changer/ bose sub.
