mb88 Posted March 26, 2009 Report Share Posted March 26, 2009 I have an A4 (B6) Cabriolet and the Flashing LED on the passenger door has stopped working. The drivers one is working fine. I have checked the cable to the LED and this is fine although there is no voltage reading so assume its not the LED itself. Anyone have any suggestions. Guest Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 Sounds like you have a broken wire. I've seen this happen on the cables passing through the rubber boot between the A-pillar and the door. It's a hard one to chase down though, may involve taking the door card off and tracing wires through to the rubber concertina, and finding the matching part of cable as it enters the car.
