I've had this functionality in my previous BMW for a couple of years, via an aftermarket Nokia Bluetooth car kit which supported the streaming of music from my Nokia phone to my Alpine car system. I'm getting you to fit the AMI for me soon anyway, so i'll have a chat with you regarding what extra bits i might need to support this. Does the AMI only support one interface at a time? e.g. if i have an iPod plugged in, i couldn't also have the above USB adapter and cable plugged in? I wasn't sure how many inputs the AMI gives?
