I was wondering if the Black Styling Pack could be fitted as my car is dark blue and the chrome outlines are starting to corrode very slightly. Is there any way of getting this done or is it a no-go? As a kind of estimate, to powder coat the swing arm and 2 wheels on my R6, costs about £120 all in. It will last forever and whatever colour you like. Black is cheaper to do as not metallics etc..... nobbyuk Posted August 12, 2009 Report Share Posted August 12, 2009 If you're referring to the window surrounds, they're not chrome. They're plastic coated and they trap moisture under the coating.
