Chick Posted December 15, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 15, 2009 short version : sold to someone I know in the school playground ... unfortunately she is still waiting to sell her house so although she has had her mortgage offer for my house nothings moving til she gets her chain together. Fortunately I'm in a very popular school catchment area and seemingly unscathed by the credit crunch. There is a longer version but I'll save for another day .... but yes I'll be inviting the kent/essex lot for a dinner party of somesort, not sure when or where - to keep my chain as short as possible I'll probably rent for a while until I find a house I want rather than have to rush Lambrini - make sure it's cold, as I will probably have to give up drinking champagne too Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
