forresthills Posted September 23, 2009 Report Share Posted September 23, 2009 Can anyone help? I need a duplicate copy of my P60 for the year ending April 2008. From what I can tell it's okay to get a copy as long as it's clearly marked as soon. I've spoken with HR and they have agreed to reproduce one, but where do I source the correct stationary to print on? They don't keep spare blank copies of the forms. This is the form I need. http://expresspayslips.co.uk/images/portrait-p60-3.jpg i.e. my other P60's are print on portrait orientated forms like this one. Any ideas where I can source one? (blank that is...and I don't want to give my details to a random for them to print it for me, then steal my identity and charge me £35 for the privilege).
