I've upgraded and after looking on Adobe's website (and spending flippin ages on 'Live Chat' confirming it) it seems I can sell this on and there will be no problems as far as the license. Their website mentions the completion of some paperwork, which appears easy enough, but I'm not sure that will be necessary. The software has never been registered, installed yes, but not registered. And as there is no 'deactivation' option there is nothing for me to deactivate, simply uninstall. So the new owner should simply be able to install it themselves. As I said, if it does require transferring, it's easy and can be done online afaik.

It's a retail disc in a retail DVD case (no cardboard box or manual). I'll post a picture in a mo. 'Shankar' from Adobe is still talking to me in Live Chat...

Edit: He's pasting instructions, rather poorly

:roflmao:

Shankar: I'll be right with you.

Shankar: Thank you for waiting. One moment please.

Shankar: b. Instruct customers to do the following steps:

Shankar: iv. Click Customer Support Portal.

Shankar: v. Type in your Adobe ID and Password and then click Sign In.

Shankar: vi. Click your case number.

Shankar: vii. Upload the form.

Shankar: c. End the call.

Shankar: d. Create a CS Case to document the customer interaction.

Shankar: e. Save and close the case.
