fizzbitt
All i was doing watching that vid is thinking that.. he must brake now.. surely now.. but nope, he kept his foot on the gas longer than i would round some of the long wet fast sweeping corners! He actually overtook me sideways there once! lol

Tipex
That's quite comical really, don't get me wrong here, that mini, and the guy who drives it, are very, very fast. But going round the ring backwards he clearly hasn't got a clue what corner is coming next, his lines are all wrong, and mini is a understeery mess and a proper handful. That said, he's still considerably quicker than all the other cars in the vid!
Scotty
Even though I've only done a tiny percentage of the laps he's done, I knew what was coming next (it actually surprised me my track knowledge worked that well in reverse!) so I'm 100% sure he did...and he's probably raced that way round many times before. It did look like some were weird lines however when I did some training with a test driver instructor there I got shown on many corners a faster line that the racing line i.e. where to avoid bumps etc which allows more stability and better speed. Maybe he was doing some of that ?? Totally agree it was understeering like a bastard....and definately a handful!
