Last year i have observed that the car button started swelling due to heat though i always try to park in shade. i was surprised that this is a german car and even cars from average generics doesnt have this issue. I contact Ali & Sons abu dhabi -UAE based and holding franchise of Audi, but they didnt cooperate and gave me expensive quotation to repair the same. Scotty Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share Posted June 23, 2011 I've never seen it bubble like that but the peeling trim is a big issue as the cars get older. They generally seem to last until outside warranty and I think even if inside it would be dismissed as wear and tear. Good luck with it but I'm not gonna hold my breath. I now know what you mean! I've seen it on a few 2nd hand motors in the classified. However, none of mine have suffered (even the 200K mile jobs we've had).
