Audi A3 symphony radio to sat nav???

Hi all,

I have recently bought an A3 s line 57 plate but it has no sat nav therefore

I am wondering whether a simple replacement can be made? Am

Just getting confused reading different forums...I'm assuming it's a double din unit as the single one has a little screen right? Also what other antennas and adapters would I need? If anyone can help me and give me some advice would be much appreciated? Iv found a few sat navs around 350/400 is this a good price???
