154 celebrity laps have been recorded over the duration of Top Gear's Star in a Reasonably Priced Car segment. There have been spins, quick laps, very slow laps and a lot of cursing from the competitive celebrities.

Ever wondered how much faster Top Gear’s newest reasonably priced car is, whether a ‘moist’ track makes a big difference, or who's faster out of celebrity politicians or celebrity models? Probably not... but Carbuzz has crunched all of Top Gear’s star lap times, and put together this infographic for you anyway! :coffee:

I've a few more interesting stats on SIARPC

Deviations from Clarkson's tired commentary during guest's lap in the history of the show- 2 (once when he burped accidentally, and another when someone in the audience yawned as he said 'taking the F1 drivers line there I see'. Again.

Percentage of viewers who put the kettle on when SIARPC starts - 99.9999998% (everyone bar the star's PR agent)

Times JC has said "genuine" when faking interest in said guest - every single time.

Amount of times I want to stab JC in the face when he pauses for effect when saying say "you did it, in, 1 minute fourty point..... " - 100'000 times.

Average amount each guest knows about cars - f*ck all (apart from that time JayKay was on)

Percentage of Yank guests who claim to drive a hybrid - 99%

Amount of takes required to get a 'yes' from the audience when JC says "who want to see the lap ?" - 7654

Minutes of the show wasted airing this shite every week - 15 (a quarter of it)

Better things they could do with the time - a bastard billion

My grumpiness level this morning - 99.76

:roflmao:

It would be worth the wait for a ticket just to get close to a mike and shout "Nah! Can't be arsed!" at that point

Raikkonen's 'star in a reasonably-priced car' challenge to be aired on March 11 - Grapevine - F1 - AUTOSPORT.com

Looks like Kimi's the next F1 star to have a go soon, so least he'll be a more interesting interview than the regular celebs!

We could play a game.

Assign points 4,3,2,1 to the following topics based on the likelyhood of them being brought up.

1) Taking a sh1t

2) Crashing Citroens into trees/ditches/other competitors

3) Eating Ice Cream

4) Dressing up in a gorilla suit and groping lap dancers whilst under the influence of 3 bottles of Finlandia.

Person with the most points wins.

Or if your on your own, just have a double shot of Finlandia for every topic raised.
