Andy_Bangle
Get the train to Surfers Paradise - it's like Blackpool but with sun, golden sand and hot chicks/men* (delete as applicable) and go up to the top of Q1. If you just want to chill in the city then jump on one of the CityCat ferries. Prhaps get the ferry to Southbank where you can enjoy the parklands, restaurants, museum, art gallery, markets etc, cross the river using the footbridge by the maritime museum and walk through the botanical gardens. jump on the big wheel for a birdseye view of Brisbane. or for $6 you can just ride it for one complete loop, takes about 3 hours, it's a great way to see the city sights in comfort https://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/traffic-transport/public-transport/citycat-ferry-services/citycat-journeys

NewNiceMrMe
Three hours for a big wheel to do a complete revolution? I know they're laid back in Australia but FFS.
