Lagoo
So with the release of the new A3, the MkV surely the Leon/cupra are up for replacement? Mate is looking at getting one and is wondering whether its worth waiting a little bit longer to pick up a good deal Any ideas?
Andrew
I've not heard anything through the stuff they send you once you buy one and are on their marketing lists. I guess the Skoda platform models would also change.
Lagoo
mate How you injoying your Cupra? *say lots of good things as my mate will see this and it might tempt him to rob a bank to find the funds for one *
Pincher
Don't quote me on this but i think the new Leon is due out early(ish) next year. Don't think they will be putting out a Cupra straight away though (a bit like Audi in that respect). Also, I think they will be calling the current Cupra R just a Cupra. Something to do with Cupra standing for Cup Racing and the R also standing for Racing, or something like that anyway. Not sure what the current standard Cupra will be called. Cupramax should be able to tell you more/correct me. Tell your mate to get one - I have had mine for about a month now and still keep finding excuses to 'nip to Homebase' the long way round!! It's a fantastic car for the money - 180 bhp on the standard Cupra and 225 on the R. I'd even go as far as saying I prefer it to drive over my old A3 T Sport. Tell him to check out seatcupra.net if he needs any convincing.
