pnifa1
Hi All, Following my recent purchase, on further assesment I've found that both my rear headrests and passenger headrest don't move up and down! the motors are working fine as you can hear them whirring when the switches are activated but no movement from the rests!! Can anyone advise on how I can proceed with this as there is no obvious way to access the mechanism to check it out, I assume it must be something disengaged, or possibly stripped gear teath etc....!!! Please help! Paul N
A8_Tony
I've got a similar problem on my passenger side one Paul, just haven't had time to sort it out yet. The mechanism is located on the B-pillar behind the cover, I'm hoping to have a look at it soon, so if you want to wait until I've pulled mine apart, then please do

pnifa1
Thanks but are you sure your not thinking about the seatbelt height adjustment, surely the seat headrest mechanism is in the seat, not the b pillar?? or am I being stupid/missing something (quite possible!) That link brings us back here!!! LOL Paul N

PaulW
Somebody just posted the front seat repair for the headrests (acutally a lot of repair procedures have been posted recently), here's the link. I was going to convert it to a web page. If you want to do the back seats, just pull the back seat off and you'll gain access to those list buggers. You can find directions on how to remove it here.
