scooby_simon
Dave, Depends on what angle your project is taking. Using the stats packages will allow people to better understand their user base. Eg. 1, does the site get hit harder when Eastenders is on ? (therefore no point in an 'eastenders' competition ? 2, Is the site hit hardest in the evening ? if so, might be able to approach the isp to have a "variable bandwidth" agreement (if such a thing exists) as the site is dormant most of the day, but gets real busy between 18:00 - > 24:00 3, How many active users does the site have - thus able to charge more for advertising based on probable "see's" The above type arguemnts could also be used to "sell" the use of stats packages. etc etc etc... Maybe do a SWOT on having vs not having ? and a CBA ?
