scraping underside

Visiting friend this weekend, with a hilly drive with a hump, I couldn't avoid scraping my underside, with a horrid grating sound. I think it was the exhaust box in the middle of the car - it looks like it might have a scrape along it, but the car sounds and behaves fine, does it need attention or checking or should I just forget?

ps brilliant car, now 15 months and other than the extra plastic attachments to the hood which was catching, has needed no attention other than 1/2 litre of oil and a lot of petrol!
