graemew
The air bag warning light on my Golf 1.8 GTI Turbo came on recently. I took it to my independent VW mechanic who has a diagnostic machine which showed that it required a new slip ring. This was replaced and every thing was fine until five days later the light came on again. I am due to part exchange my car next week and would like to solve the problem. I recently had my car radio stolen with the wiring ripped out from the dash and wonder if this has anything to do with it. If I cannot solve it will the dealer still except my car?
