ChrisT
I've used VNC PC to PC over a BB connection, all you have to do is specify the fully qualified domain name or the external IP of the machine. If the machine is behind a NATed firewall you'll need a bit more trickery and you will also need to set a hole in any firewall to let the connection through. You'd need to bind the port VNC uses on the mail server to a port on the firewall. I don't know how the ipaq works but thats what you'd need to do for a PC using VNC. Chris. sk
[ QUOTE ] how do i bind vnc to a port? [/ QUOTE ] If you are using a router/firewall then you need to set "Port Forwarding" on port 5900 and 5800 to the ip address of your VNC server PC.
