Went into the dealer was thinking about changing the Beetle for a PT Cruiser - more practical than the NB but still having some retro styling to it.

Chap sat int he showroom, so I asked if he could open the boot up on one as I couldnt figure out how to do it (turns out you needa key). Rather than offer any help, he puts his hand up to silence me and then starts ringing internal numbers to get someone to help me because I am disturbing his lunch!!!!!!!

Anyway a young lady arrives and is very helpful, went through all varients in a quick clear and consise way and left me with I fetla high degree of product knowledge.

So left with a handful of panflets and brochures, decided I'd give one a test drive and have rang her back twice - both times had to leave messages because she is with customers and so far 10 days on - no returned telephone call.
