Dan32
Anyone have the paint code for the blue on the calipers? Mine could do with a touch up, so to speak.
graeme86
The calipers are actually painted "Jazz Blue", the Colour Concept colour, if that helps you track down the code.
Dan32
Thanks for that. I'm going to pick up some parts tomorrow so will see if that helps getting the code and then post it up for everyone.

Calm Chris
The caliper paint isn't the same as Jazz blue, surely? Have I become a victim of a marketing scam, I've always thought that a caliper paint was special due to heat reqiuirements .
deathchurch
Did you manage to find the code for that Caliper paint, mine could use a touch up as well?

The fellow who looks after my R32 has a silver one of his own that he tracks every now and then. On his very first HARD outing - he burnt the paint right off his front stoppers. dogbucket
Just as an update picked up some 'Surf Blue' today and an initial test seems to be a perfect match

rs32
from 600 miles driving with the Surf Blue applied over the top of a fresh Audi Caliper paint finish, the paint held really well. They were properly sprayed and then baked by a specialist though, so be sure to allow maximum drying time - now is probably not the best time of year
dogbucket
actually having another look today under artificial light there is a slight difference in hue, but in daylight looks close enough to be not noticeable.
rs32
would you say it was slightly "brighter" than the OEM finish ? When completely clean this is what I noticed, but you really had to stare to pick up any difference
