12v boot supply

Hi all newbie here,

Please could someone tell me where the fuse is for the 12v boot supply.I was wiring up a towbar when i touched the body of the car with the live from the socket in the boot and cant seem to find the fuse that associates with it.Ive checked the cigarette lighter socket fuse but this is ok leading me to think the fuse is somewhere else or is with another item .

Don't you have a menu card inside the fusebox? There should be one there that tells you what every fuse does, it's numbered. If not get down to the Stealer parts desk and buy one.

As i said in the above post i have checked all the fuses and all are intact.

The card in the fuse board does not list a fuse for the boot socket.

If your sure yours has it listed please have a look and let me know.

Just realised you have Volvo,forget checking your fuse card.

I used top have a 1.8T Sport but traded it in for the Volly. Someone will be along soon to sort it out for you. There are a couple of tech bods floating around.
