Gren Posted September 29, 2005 Report Share Posted September 29, 2005 4 week old A3. Two nights ago the missus comes home from work and says the car won't lock. Seems the central locking is knackered she says. After a lot of mucking around it seemed like all the electrics (mirrors, windows, central locking button and lighjts) were all dead in the drivers door. Then all of a sudden, after about 10 minutes of engine on/off and door opening and locking with keys etc, everything came back on. Its been fine since. Anyone else experienced this? Assume its just a wiring issue (wiggled the cable cover thing but to no avail) - am going to book it in today. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
